What is Abseiling?
Abseiling is a controlled way of moving down a rock face using ropes and a harness. You stay secured at all times. It is an exciting activity that lets you walk down vertical cliffs and see the landscape from a new angle. Abseiling also builds confidence and focus. It is suitable for beginners.

Our sessions start on shorter routes. This helps you learn the technique and trust the equipment. When you feel ready, we progress to higher descents. With guidance from our experienced instructors, you will build confidence quickly. You will also enjoy the satisfaction of being in control while surrounded by Malta’s natural scenery. Whether it is your first time or you already have some experience, this activity offers a rewarding challenge for every level.
